A4076 Dredgman Hill, Merlins Bridge, Haverfordwest – Temporary Road Closure to enable Essential Railway Bridge Replacement

Where & Why?

In order for Network Rail to replace a Railway Bridge at Dredgman Hill, Merlins Bridge, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, the A4076 will be temporarily closed from 19.00 hrs on Friday 15 February 2019 to 06.00 hrs on Monday 18th February 2019.

Diversions & Safety Measures

The alternative route for southbound vehicles will be via the northbound A4076 to Salutation Square Roundabout, eastbound A40 to Canaston Bridge Roundabout, southbound A4075 to Cross Hands, eastbound A4115 to Templeton, southbound A478 to Kilgetty Roundabout, westbound A477 to Waterloo Roundabout, Pembroke Dock and northbound A477 to Sunnycroft Roundabout, Johnston to re-join the north/southbound A4076: vice versa for northbound vehicles.

Free local transport will be provided for pedestrians and cyclists for the duration of the works at set points each side of the closure.
