Work to carry out the fitting of lighting columns, road marking refreshment and footway resurfacing.
The work will be carried over two nights between the hours of 20:00 and 06:30 when traffic flows are low, to minimise disruption.
For Northbound vehicles. Head north from the closure on the A483 until you reach Rhosmaen Roundabout, take the first exit left onto the A40 follow the A40 towards Carmarthen for 22 kilometres, at the Abergwilli roundabout take the first left continuing along the A40 over one roundabout until you reach Pensarn roundabout. At Pensarn roundabout take the first left A48 and continue along this road heading towards M4. After 24 kilometres at Pont Abraham roundabout take the A483 northbound and follow the road until Llandeilo. Southbound vice versa of the above.
