A40 Pitt Village

The work will be carried out under a full road closure, over an approximate 10-week period between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 under a full road closure. 

Southbound Traffic - will be diverted onto Pit-Wern-Yr-Heolydd, following the diversion signs until reaching the next junction on the right. Traffic will then turn right onto Box Bush Road and continue along this road until reaching the junction. At the junction, traffic will turn right onto Bryngwyn Road and follow this road to the next junction. Traffic will then turn right onto Llanarth Road, where the diversion ends and the normal route resumes. 

Northbound Traffic - will be diverted via Llanarth Road, following the signed diversion route to the junction with Bryngwyn Road. Traffic will then turn left onto Bryngwyn Road and proceed to the junction with Box Bush Road. At this junction, traffic will turn left onto Box Bush Road and continue to the junction with Pit-Wern-Yr-Heolydd. Traffic will then turn left onto Pit-Wern-Yr-Heolydd, where it will rejoin the normal route and the diversion will terminate.
