Work to upgrade Road Restraint Systems on the verge of the offslip of Junction 4 Ruthin Road (A525) Interchange Northbound and Southbound.
Northbound works
From: Sunday 8 March 2026, 8:00pm
To: Tuesday 17 March 2026, 6:00am
Lane 1 of the A483 northbound will be closed overnight. The northbound off-slip at Junction 4 will also be closed overnight. Local diversion routes will be in place.
During the daytime, all lanes and the off-slip will be open, with a 40mph speed restriction in place.
Southbound works
From: Tuesday 17 March 2026, 8:00pm
To: Tuesday 24 March 2026, 6:00am
Lane 1 of the A483 southbound will be closed overnight. The southbound off-slip at Junction 4 will also be closed overnight. Local diversion routes will be in place.
During the daytime, all lanes and the off-slip will be open, with a 40mph speed restriction in place.
When the northbound or southbound off-slip at Junction 4 is closed overnight, local diversion routes will be clearly signposted on the approach to the junction. Drivers should follow the on-road diversion signs in place at the time of the closure.
The A483 main carriageway will remain open overnight with a lane closure in place, and all routes will reopen during the daytime, subject to a 40mph speed restriction.
Traffic conditions will be monitored throughout the works and diversion arrangements may be adjusted if required.
