Overnight contraflow system to carry out essential concrete testing works starting on the 06/04/24.
A contraflow arrangement will be installed on the A40 Gibraltar Tunnels, Monmouth to carry out essential concrete testing.
The contraflow will be in place over 2 weekends overnight (Saturday 06/04 and Sunday 07/04 and Saturday 13/04 and Sunday 14/04) between 20:00 - 06:00.
During the entire closure period all wide abnormal load (Width greater than 3 metres and length no more than 16.5 metres) will be requested to use the M5 & M4 to enter and exit South Wales.
