Work to carry out essential carriageway reprofiling to different sections of the A470 northbound carriageway between Abercynon roundabout and Abercanaid roundabout will commence on 03/02/2025 for 11 nights.
The work will be carried out over 11 nights between 03/02/2025 - 17/02/2025 20:00 – 06:00 under a full A470 Northbound closure between Abercynon Roundabout and Abercanaid Roundabout. There will be no closures on Saturday and Sunday nights.
The works are being carried out overnight in February when traffic flows are historically lower to minimise disruption.
